All summer I used to stay up all night watching youtube vids and sleep all day, next week I'm starting school & I'm tryna go back to my old ways! But I cant! I tried sleeping last night and ended up staring at my wall -.- this is frustrating ugh! Help please?
Try to get back in your regular cycle, tonight go to bed two hours earlier than you did when you stayed up all night, then go two hours lesser than that Ect.
Ex. Say you went to bed at 12:00Am, go to bed at 10:00Pm, then the next night go to bed at 8:00Pm, and so forth until you're in regular routine.
