I'd rather not go through the details but on Wednesday after my Christmasschool production my mum took my sister and I to the local surgery because she was feeling pain. They told her that she'll be taking a blood test and that she shouldn't eat anything until the test is done, so we went home and everything was fine and normal.
On Thursday sh collapsed in the bathroom after going in their to help my sister who was five at the time. When I saw her on th floor I legitimately paniced. I was 10 years old and my mum was lying on the floor gasping for breath. After paces u and down fr a few seconds I called an ambulance. I had to go to school in an ambulance car that morning, it was also own clothes day but because the paramedics were there they made me change into my school uniform which I didn't like. When I got home from school we weren't allowed to go into our room (I shared a room with my mum and sister) bcause she was sleeping and needed rest.
On Friday it was the last day of school before the Christmad holidays. That day at school was crappy. Really crappy. Then I came home with my dad and sister (because my parents weren't together, when my mum was sick, he came to look after us). As I went around the corner I saw an ambulance outside my house. I was praying that it wasn't for my mum. It turned out the same thing had happened and sh got out of bed to phone the ambulance herself. I asked to see hr and went in. She was there crying out for us "If my family are home I want to go home!" I was crying at this moment. She said, "I want to lie on the floor." over and over again. I had to leave the ambulance so they could drive her to the hospital, I was sobbing so much.

At about 4/5pm we went to the hopsital again. When my 5 year old sister and I played with the hospital kitchen toy and pretended to make meals with the plastic food, my dad was in a room being told that his wife was dead.

She died in the ambulance.

On Friday 19th December 2008. Because my dad didn't want to spoil our Christmas that year, he told us about her death on boxing day. a week after it. For a whole week of my life I believed that my mum was alive and we'd be going home to see her again.

The last time I saw my mum alive was in that ambulance outside our house, on the last day of term in year 5. The next time I saw her she was in a coffin. That was the last time I will ever see her.
