Breakfast #1
You will need
•granola I like the brand Bear Naked Vanilla almond
•yogurt I use strawberry
Then just mix it together and eat
Breakfast #2
You will need
•bagels I prefer blueberry
•a light cream cheese I use honey nut
Then that the bagel until it's crispy and then put cream cheese on it and eat.
And you can drink milk or water with them.
Lunch
When I'm at school this is what I typically have
• salad: lettuce, spinach, cabbage,carrots, cherry tomatoes, celery,cucumbers, sunflower seeds, ranch.
•a cup of fruit or yogurt
•a bread stick
• orange juice or water
Dinner
Ramen noodle stir fry
You'll need
• two packages of ramen noodles or more depending on who's eating it.
•two heads of broccoli
• 2 carrots
•water
Break up the noodles in the package. Cut the veggies and put them in a frying pan and let them cook for about 5-7 minutes stirring them around then pour in the ramen noodles and seasoning and stir until the noodle are done then for added flavor you can add soy sauce to the mixture.

As a girl i struggle with excess body hair and it knocks my confidence alot Anyone similar to me?
Yeah like I hate wearing shots because of the hair on my legs and showing my arms is hard for me because I don't shave them like so many other girls do and my hair is naturally dark so it's even worse.
