They can. I believe it depends on the day and the mood I've been in that day. It's because that's how I am what others think about me truly does affect me but I know it shouldn't to some extent.

Nope I see them daily and in the past I've seen this one sitting on the corner and then watched him get into his own nice car and drive away then he was back saying he homeless and has nothing the next day so I don't trust any of them.
