This also happen near me except the baby did live. I do agree everyone should have that option and be perfectly fine. But I can see that it can be hard for the child when they grow up as to they would have no real information about their family

Should funerals be for free? (Babies are free adults aren't) or maybe if it was a sudden death they should have help?

Until 18 should be free. Because having to lose your child is already a hard thing but finding money for their funeral is also extra hard.

Question 2: Should schools start later in the morning? Why or why not?

I can see it both ways.
Yes because it's been scientifically proven that our brains don't fully function until 10am.
But no because you would still need the certain amount of hours so school would go longer each day. I have late start in Friday's where I start at 10 and the day drags on still and I hate it because I can never sleep in either
