Just how different is the Shu-ta compared to the Shutter? Please tell me the main 3 performance differences.

It's a more rim weighted design so less acceleration and more stability. This also opens the hub for easier fingerspins (slight concave added) and inner grinds. The density of material means if you bang it up it will take a hit better. Not so important on day 1 but after a lot of use it will be noticeable.

How do you type in the grand prize code, what code do you type in and where do you type it in? This is really confusing

It's a code. If it was suppose to be easy we wouldn't have used a code.

I recently got a horizon from yoyoexpert, as well as a prague pack. The horizon amd the blue cypher are both bead blasted, but the inner cup of the cypher and the rest of it seems more matte and smoother than the horizon. At some points, the horizons finish feels not as smooth. Why?

There is variation yoyo to yoyo and model to model. The gold horizon is a heavier blast than the red for example.

where i can find migthy flea strings? they're out of stock :(

Take a type6 poly string. Cut the finger loop off. There are 3 strands. Untwist one of them out of it. It's a bit tedious but keep tension and you will do ok. Tie a new finger loop (make it a little long, you can trim it later). Twist it back up. It's now a poly type 4.
We will also get more flea string for stores.

Your main logo appears to be the building with the smoke stack. Are the two blue dots followed by three white dots logo, and the similar rectangular logo with blue/white just secondary logos? Do you only use certain ones for certain things? Or, do you just use different logos where they look best?

Total Artist
Those logos were initially used at the world yoyo contest where 'yoyofactory' was not an official participant. But it stuck and now the dots, bar, yoyos or whatever combination in similar to our written logo represents us.
