I'm sorry, I'm not very good with words. >__< Can you explain the event on the second half of chapter 51 and the entirety of chapter 52?

I suppose the whole sequence, with the two of them by the end encountering and comforting each other, is a build to a cathartic moment where the two of them can finally be honest with each other, not only for their attractions that would naturally bind them together, but the insecurities that, until now, have kept them intimately apart and personally agonized them.

What are Shoya and Shouko dreams when Shoya was in a hospital means? Why's she suddenly went to the bridge after having that dream?

Could you rephrase the wording of that question? Part of me thinks that I understand what you're trying to ask, but part of me is also confused about what you're trying to ask.

So, how does Kawai and Mashiba fit into this?

Too little introspection and subsequent empathy. Kawai cares way too much about how she personally looks and feels (cute) to reach any understandings of others beyond the superficial. Mashiba discards any attempts at understanding when he becomes indignant and breaks into violence.

What do you think is Koe no Katachi central theme? (If there's any)

I think it's silence, silence and its harmful consequences. Shouko might be the only individual among the cast of recurring teenage characters who's legally deaf, but every teenager is the series suffers from pretty extreme amounts of self-inflicted reticence. The sheer lack of honest and heart-felt communication between these characters leads to misunderstandings, leads to anger, leads to disgust, violence, and despair. It leads to too little introspection by some to the point of apathy and antipathy. It leads to too much introspection by others to the point of self-absorption and self-hate.
Shouko herself is not immune, not special, not excused because of her handicap. She doesn't let that mentally and emotionally be an excuse to her when she's driven to near-suicide over what she feels is, at least, her perceived inability to be ameliorating and, at most, as the cause or source of resent. She still can communicate in other ways. She still cares about other people. She still is a human being.

I suppose the Moon first as a test-run, though you're going to run into issues of international law and of who exactly is going to do the colonizing.
