What's the best way to start Saturday?
That’s easy I get up at 5:15am everyday to workout (with P90X and some of my own workouts) and eat sports candy (fruit and vegetables) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner which gives me all the energy I need. I go outside for a run whenever I can. I do a lot of sports throughout the day. I’m always moving whether I’m inside my house or outside. Than finally I go to bed at 11:15am everyday to get a good night sleep
