Depends what I’m shopping for. Clothes/other wearable things would generally be a no for online shopping unless I’ve bought that exact item from that seller/site before. But it’s convenient to shop online too, except for when I’m impatient and the item has to ship and it’ll take more than like a day to arrive 😂
online is easier so you have more time to browse before buying what you need...on Amazon, their team takes care of everything else on my behalf
