Hei, milloin syyskuussa järjestetään yksilö-/ryhmähaastattelut? Onko hakija läsnä vain yhtenä vai useampana päivänä ja millaisella aikataululla? :)

Hei! Arviointipäiviä järjestetään arkisin 5.-26.9. (viimeisiä päiviä saatetaan perua riippuen hakijoiden määrästä). Arviointipäivä kestää kolme tuntia, joko aamulla klo 9-12 tai iltapäivällä klo 13-16. Hakija saa itse valita sopivan ajan.

Kurssille päästessä annatteko vaihtoehtoisia ajankohtia mistä saa valita, vai onko yhdelle hakijalle tarjolla vain yksi ajankohta?

Hei! Arviointipäivässä saa esittää kurssitoiveita, mutta valitettavasti kaikkia toiveita emme pysty toteuttamaan.

Hi! Yes, the age requirement is to be at least 18 years old and we have also selected young new cabin crew members. Usually the problem is that 18-year-old candidates do not have enough experience in customer service (at least 1,5 years).
