I love crying I do it all the time

Nobody catches me crying. I sometimes have tears of joy when I laugh at something hilarious but that's about it. Last time I cried of sadness was over a decade ago.

Never ,there 're many unexpected situations that we faced in our life which hurt us very badly , there 's so much frustration in our mind and we want throw it out from ourselves so I literally sometimes force myself to cry to get rid off from all shittness, frustration.
I don't have a problem with crying, but I do find it hard when someone see me at my worst..I don't like to be weak and helpless in front of anyone.
