Twice a week, if i wash it more then it gets more frizzy than it already is, i dont produce much grease from my hair thankfully but if i did id have to stick with being frizzy because i dont like greasy hair

Shower every day but wash/condition every other day. Tbh you could probably go a couple days but I need it every other. Every day isn't good for it, some natural oils keep your hair healthier.
