After a long or stressful day at work I crave having a beer so instead I drink a “poppi” which is like a low calorie natural soda pop. I do that to satisfy just like the habit of drinking something fizzy lol I also track what I eat so I can see visually what is bad or good based off macros. I don’t get too crazy with it as I don’t want to lose enjoyment of food or stress myself with it but it has also helped me be more conscious of what I’m eating
