I had connected to my number. My number has now changed, but I can no longer access my account. My 800 songs have been deleted. So I can no longer enter my old account. You can sync the playlists by sign-in to the same account from the old app and the new app. Be sure to use the exact same sign-in method (Google, Facebook, Email or Phone number).

Ich kann meine Musik app nicht mehr öffnen. Habe jetzt angst dass meine ganzen Lieder weg sind. Bin auch mit keiner email angemeldet. Was mach ich jetzt?

You can do it from the settings.
However, you must have to songs downloaded in Apple Music first.

Bonjour, depuis la dernière maj de l’app Musica XM hors ligne connexion, beaucoup de personnes se plaignent. Avant il était possible d’écouter de la musique en ayant le téléphone en veille, toutes les playlists ont disparu, le nombre de musique est limité et le nombre de pub a beaucoup augmenté.

We are working on an app update that will address most of the problems soon.
You can sync the playlists by sign-in to the same account from the old app and the new app. Be sure to use the exact same sign-in method (Google, Facebook, Email or Phone number).

Hello from germany ;) I accidently lost my iCloud data recent and now I wanted to download musica or XM ect. But in I couldnt find it and if I Click in the link of the Website from musica the App Store says its currently Not available in this country

Hi! I’m a regular subscriber to your MUSICA app. The app is saying that I’m subscribed yet my music isn’t loading. Nor is the ‘crown’ symbol removed. No matter what i do the bug remains. I’ve uninstalled/installed the app and turned my phone on and off and there’s been no difference.

I can’t open the app. It stays on the loading screen.

Sorry for the trouble but we have just fixed this app link open issue with new app update version 2.3. Please update the app to fix this problem.
