You can sync the playlists by sign-in to the same account from the old app and the new app. Be sure to use the exact same sign-in method (Google, Facebook, Email or Phone number).

Bonjour, depuis la dernière maj de l’app Musica XM hors ligne connexion, beaucoup de personnes se plaignent. Avant il était possible d’écouter de la musique en ayant le téléphone en veille, toutes les playlists ont disparu, le nombre de musique est limité et le nombre de pub a beaucoup augmenté.

Hi! I’m a regular subscriber to your MUSICA app. The app is saying that I’m subscribed yet my music isn’t loading. Nor is the ‘crown’ symbol removed. No matter what i do the bug remains. I’ve uninstalled/installed the app and turned my phone on and off and there’s been no difference.
