Practice gratitude. Just go out or stay in and get off consuming depressed people bs. The system is designed for control. And depression is a great mental state that is easier to manipulate people on.

Not really. I used to be little contact purely cause I was busy with my own thing. Recently tried to go that but couldn’t because when half your support system fails to be there becauSe they believe in a false statement then what can you do.
