I think the only time I would say something hurtful to somebody is if they hurt me first. But if they hurt me, then they aren't even worth my time so I just cut them out instead of saying/doing anything hurtful. I definitely aint got the time to be dealing with ppl like that #noregrets

Financial advice (like how to budget/what to save for/things to invest in etc) for those who are working while in school?
Hello! Great question!!! I would love to give advice on this, but I do not have much experience with it. As I start my full-time job, I intend to really get a proper hold of my finances and will maybe make a post on it then. The only thing I can give advice on now is "savings." Personally, I have never been one to spend money. I'm actually known for being cheap. Too cheap. I think I now have a muuuch better balance between saving/spending. Before, I used to really scrape pennies because my family came from very little and my parents (dad especially) have always been a very frugal.
As I come into more money with my recent jobs, I let myself enjoy myself a little more. But I still think I save a lot in comparison to others. Here are my general guidelines when it comes to saving money:
-I don't let myself feel bad when I spend money on big ticket items that are INVESTMENTS (i.e. laptops, camera, other useful technology, school stuff). These are items that will make my life better/safer/more efficient and hopefully make me more money. This is the main category where I spend money - I really spend almost no money on other things (i.e. clothes, food, random stuff). Most everything else is likely junk.
-I typically eat at home or bring food from home. I rarely eat out unless I am with other people.
-However, I do let myself spend money on things like boba. I consider it another "investment" in myself. It may cost $5/boba and it sure does add up, but working at a boba or drink shop makes me way more productive. If I didn't spend the $5, I would probably go home and not get any work done.
-I shop at places like Ross/Marshalls/TjMaxx for a lot of items, for more than just clothes (they have home decor, technology, and other supplies) and it's much cheaper.
-For groceries, at least produce/fruits, you cannot beat the prices of Asian markets.
But yea, ultimately I cannot stress enough on saving money. Almost all young adults I know do not save and I think it's pretty crazy. Unfortunately, life is really expensive. You need new tires - few hundred $. What happens if your roof happens to breaks and you need to replace it? $8k. If somebody in your family gets sick - $10k. What happens if you get fired and you have to finance yourself while being unemployed for a few months? Do you have that money if something were to happen? I think so many ppl don't save because they do not think they are financially able to or they think they are in a stage in life where they don't need to save. Neither of those are good excuses. Even if you work a minimum wage job, you can for sure set aside $100 or even $50 a week. This will add up to $200 a month --> $2400 a year. Okay this is getting really long lol. SAVE MONEY LOL.

Sure! Except my skin is very bad and I'm not good at makeup, so that's why I feel like I shouldn't share my routine - I don't want to vouch for things because I haven't tried many and I don't know much about beauty.
