You know how a mesh network connects?
Well, an innocent lad like myself wouldn't know about these matters but if I had to take a wild guess, a meshnet is a LAN topology which can be partially connected (some nodes) or fully connected (all nodes). They can be connected directly, dynamically and non-hierarchically to as many other nodes as possible when routing data to and from clients. Perhaps.
