What kind of diet to recommend so that your chest won't shrink? Last year I was kind of stressed so I lost weight then v happy until I realised my cup size went down :( Is exercise more helpful? Doesn't seem to work leh haha bc I'm quite impatient so I only look at short term results
Consume food that contain high rich proteolysis and estrogen source, eg papaya milk. Also, saggy chest is not attractive~~ Take food with collagen, it'll maintain firmness. Your exercises should zone in on the chest-area, exercises that boost circulation there, not general exercises that have no link hahaha. Uhhhh what else. I think that's it from the top of my head!
