nature as in personalities? Haha i wouldn't know but this is how i see them:
Minseok is kind of more reserved but has a mature, steady charm. A real manly man (cool oppa is cool)
Luhan is playful, not in the obvious way but he is like a huge kid sometimes lol. He is also the trustworthy hyung, and even though he's playful he knows when to draw the line.
Suho is really nice and warm and sincere but impatient haha (like a grandpa). Model student type of oppa :)
Lay is kind of 4 dimensional, but is the type to be on good terms with everyone. Also, high propensity to throw his members under the bus when in the presence of Luhan (caution must be taken when adding reagent A to B).
Baekhyun is, well, Baekhyun. He is really fidgety haha and talkative. He's the sunny type of guy, very greasy but very charming.
Chen is someone who is just kind kind kind kind all over. He doesn't hold grudges and sees the best in people. Full of snark but plushie-soft heart. Has the warm charm >.<
Chanyeol is this overenergetic puppy 50% of the time, and suho's responsible right hand another 50%. Mischievious (extremely) He seems happy all the time but is sensitive and will get hurt easily. He is the easy-going oppa.
D.O is another 4d member. He seems like someone whose thoughts are not easily read (Behind that innocent face lies a thousand murderous thoughts haha) he is the down to earth type, the practical city man :D
Tao has an honest charm, the type to speak his mind without pretense. He seems like a child, the precious younger brother:) is often somewhat bratty but its okay because all his hyungs love him anyway
Kai is extremely charismatic on stage, but somewhat shy in real life. He has that boy next door feel :)
Sehun and Tao go hand in hand, such kids >.< Sehun is more playful, bolder. He really cares for the hyungs and is sensitive like a baby. Contrary to fiction, actually has a heart made of jelly and goo.

Is EXO gay?! I don't want to believe it but I saw a lot of fanfics and sites stating they were gay. Isnt it just brotherly love?
As far as I know exo has never said themselves to be 'gay' or anything, so I wouldn't say they are gay. A lot of these 'ships' are more about brotherly love than romantic love in any case. Also, does their sexual orientation really matter? - gwen

Minseok is really cute, tiny. Really good body(?)
Luhan has a really small face. Shorter than his profile height(?) I would say. His bareface is attractive.
Kris is very striking, tall and broad shoulders.
Suho is better looking in real life than on tv, and has really good skin. Also tiny.
Lay looks about the same as on TV(?) Point to note: killer dimples.
Baekhyun looks like the oppa next door type without makeup. Shoelifts(?) Also, his eyes are very bright/alert and he can't seem to stay still >.<
Chen is also really good looking, smiles a lot. seriously underrated member :(
Chanyeol is super tall. His ears are just as prominent as we see on TV lol. Super bright eyes.
D.O Squishy. Enough said. Also tiny, almost definitely shorter than his profile height.
Tao is intimidating? He has this aura if he doesn't smile. Tall, and more built than say Kris or Chanyeol. His eyebags are not as prominent in real life (i think the coordis emphasize his 'aegyo sal' when doing make up).
Kai was just sleepy haha. His shoulders are quite narrow, like D.O's, but its not super noticeable. He looks like he does on TV mostly.
Sehun is another member who is really good looking in real life, maybe more so than on TV. His skin is also very good and his face is kind of long(?). But still very good looking haha. Also, the manga-proportion body is very real.

A disclaimer note that these are my thoughts and mine alone, and i do not represent EXOglobal in any sense. Personally, I think that one has to admit that they are indeed good dancers and I do respect them for that. However i cannot agree with the way they sell merchandise and make money using exo's name. In my opinion it not only cheapens the music that exo has made, it has also devalued exo's name. Their actions may inadvertently cause ripple effects on exo's reputation. I am sure that they are fans too who probably have little idea at the effects of their actions on exo, and i am glad that SM has decided not to pursue the matter and they too have reflected on their actions. - gwen
