Well, the boys do wear shoe fillers frequently so it's hard to see what their real height it BUT according to their member profiles from debut:
Suho, Chen, D.O, Xiumin are all around the same height(173cm). So they are all considered the shortest.
Then its Baekhyun who is 174cm (same as me ;_;)
Then its Luhan who is 178 cm.
Lay who is 179 cm.
Sehun who is 181 cm.
Kai who is 182 cm.
Tao and Chanyeol who are both 185 cm.
And Kris who is 187 cm.

Actually, he corrected his eyesight and underwent laser eye surgery after debuting! That's why a few days after he did, his eyes went reay watery whenever there was flash and his eyes would be in pain. The boys would also help guide him around when it happened. Chanyeol probably used contacts during his highschool days.
