No they aren't . In South Korea , there are a lot of same surname but different family lines. I'm not sure how it works. but mostly the elders of a family will take notice of someone's family line before marriage ;)

Suho is the son of a university lecturer and attended Korea National University of Arts (K-ARTS). It's a good school. Also, Luhan attended Yonsei ^^ He was an exchange student and studied Korean. So he's obviously well educated.
