I managed to answer the questions only bc I kept trying a thousand times due to error. You have your acc so what you can do now is wait till SM fixes the servers T__T. Also, I can't seem to access my L-card too because of the servers so it's a commom problem. -hun

There's so many people trying to access the site ㅠ ㅠ I think it's being so unresponsive to some people. Literally, I can't seem to login as fast now either. I guess you have to wait :( But as for now, you have your account so it's fine ♡ -hun

Don't worry, Jongin really didn't mean it in that way. Honestly, he's basically saying: Don't put EXO in front of your studies. EXO is a band but your studies open doors to the future so focus on them! ;n; Use this quote as an INSPIRATION to carry on and study so you can prove to Kai that you can like him! But aw :( you should try changing schools? No-one deserves to be bullied. -hun

Switch to another browser (Internet explorer, firefox, google chrome, safari) to see if the same problem occurs then. -hun

Hey.. if I already registered on exo-l site and then I can't see my L-card due to the traffic, that means I already one of the stars, right? And why does my exo l homepage keep showing "Now, 0 stars?" :/ thanks in advance..hwaiting! ^^

Did you verify your account by clicking the verification email that SM sent? If so, then yes. You're already a EXO-L member. Congrats! Lol, I can't access my L-card too because of the servers right now so don't worry. -hun

The servers are slow, which is why the confirmation emails are taking long. Either wait until the servers are back up to normal (SM will fix it ASAP, hopefully.) or keep on trying every few hours on a computer/laptop and not a mobile/app because most people are trying to access through there. -hun

It works on phones, but the server is so slow and the app is failing a lot of people, you will connect faster if you try it on a laptop/computer. -hun

I want to ask ... why every time to enroll in EXO-L on the email column is always read 'email is already in use'? and complete registers an error will occur. whether it is due to a lot of EXO-L register?

Have you already used the email for another account? If so, check your email to authenticate it. If not, then try registering with another email and see if it works then. I didn't get as many errors trying on a computer and our admins all tried on a computer and our accounts work fine (except from a few errors lol, we just kept trying and it went through). -hun

So I already have a music nation account, but I need to do the authentication. I'm not getting the authentication mail though, even after clicking on the resend button. I check my junk mail and regular inbox, but I get nothing...

The servers are running so slow so the authentication emails will take long to send. You have to wait until SM fixes the server speed. -hun

Does the authentication mail will be received very late after the subcription? I haven't received it after 2 hours. When i click resend, it was said that is was failed to resend.

Are you trying on a computer/laptop? My email was sent late (like a few hours.. approx. 3 hours late.) But keep trying every hour. Also, switch to a computer. My account doesn't even work on my app/mobile lol, it works well on my computer though. It'll get through the servers if you keep trying it on a LAN connected Computer. -hun

i finally got my authentification mail so i tried to log in and i had to agree on membership terms etc. so i wanted to agree and start but nothing happened...is this due to high traffic or is the button not working? ..:/

Hi~ Im curious bout smthg. I have SMTOWN acc but unfortunately i forgot my password. I try to retrieve my password but the page is always error! Pfffttttt! Do you know any easier way to get the password back?

I guess there is no easier way to get the password back, because there are too many people try to get into the SMTOWN website and do the registration. Thats why the server have been over-loaded and the pages become error. -S
