Waalaikumsalam. Exfoliate your face, apply mask, rinse off with warm water, apply pore refiner serum. Find products related to removing those heads. Also, drink more water, and remember to clean your face before you sleep! Orrrrr, you can go to facial where they will extract those heads out, it is damn painful I tell you. Sometimes can leave scars.. Try those first and see if it works. Results vary :)

I understand tt you need to wear a heavy make-up for work & I like tt your heavy make-up is not too overboard bcs you add a pop of colour to your eyeshadow and the rest is normal unlike those beauty advisors tt I see at Sephora sometimes their make-up scares me, but poor thing :(
