I know you mad a bit right, hijabis guru youtube just tutorial and they applied small amount and once they blend it with their fairer skin then become more whiter and bright. They live 4 season weather. Cold make us skin fairer .
You need to widen your definition of people be it hijabi, or non hijabi, beauty guru or not, etc. Everyone has different skin colors and there's no such thing as eg. only fair people can be hijabi guru :D
