Hi Sara, was it troublesome to get the pills for anxiety? As in, did you have to go through several docs/appointments before they give you or can we just go to the doctor as per usual? I feel like I need help :/

Hi sis, no it's not. You need to see the doctor to let him/her know what exactly you are feeling. Maybe it's not anxiety you have, but stress? U need to relax and learn how to breathe when you feel panicky. Divert yourself to something else if you feel it coming. Please do not rely on meds.. like myself. Ive became slightly dependant on them and it's not beneficial at all.
