My favorite recipe
catfish soup (ikan patin not lele)
500 gr fish catfish, cut into pieces, steam it around 5 minutes
1 1/2 ltr water
1 stalk lemongrass, pound it
2 cm ginger, thinly sliced
2 cm galangal, pound it
5 cloves of onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
2 bay leaves
3 pieces of citrus leaf
1 piece of fresh tomatoes, cut into pieces
5 pieces of red chili pepper roughly sliced
3 basil leaves, just take the leaves
1 spring onion, roughly sliced
1 celery stalk, roughly sliced
1/10 nutmeg, pound it
3 carrots cut into pieces
1 piece of broccoli cut into pieces
1/2 slice of cabbage cut into pieces
2 handheld green beans cut into pieces
salt (up to you)
sugar (up to you)
chicken broth powdered (magic block)
a bit cooking oil
How to cook
Boil 1 ltr water, after boiling put ginger galangal, lemongrass, nutmeg to boiled water along with citrus leaves and bay leaves. then take only the broth
Saute the onion, garlic, red chilli pepper and spring onions with a little oil. Stir fry until it fragrant smell comes out then put in the broth.
Put carrot and cabbage wait a while then put broccoli and green beans into the broth
Put steamed catfish and tomatoes
Put powdered broth, salt and sugar. wait until done.
Last, Put celery leaves and basil leaves as complement of it

oooh.. that surgeon guy.. No.. he gave up right before family meeting for enggagement.. there were so many things that we should work on.. first, he don't have any confidence ask hand over me to my family because we (my family) have a 'heavy background' ... Second, we have different view, principles, and priority.. but we were promised each other to work on it together.. I don't know why he sudden called off our family meeting..
