What's the first thing you do when you woke up?
Once I'm sure that I'm actually awake, I check my phone, if I had it with me when I went to bed.
If I'm not in a hurry, I play some guitar or bass, before I go and eat, or at least take a cup of coffee (depends on when I wake up)
