How many sit ups do you do every day? And how many calf extensions?
I started it up again a little more than a week ago with 50 each, crunches, not sit-ups that's my bad, I do 50 a day but calf extensions I started at 50 but add 5 every day I haven't done crunches in a few days tho so

Today? Like a pop tart and a couple of other small things, I don't usually eat lunch unless I have money or I'm at school and since I'm done with classes for senior year I don't go anymore so

I didn't eat much at all yesterday which was v bad bc I was v active, usually ill have 2 meals with a fair amount of snacks in between lunch and dinner
