If someone's love for you becomes his/her insecurity what will you do?

He fears his girl will leave him if someone else with better career n handsome face proposes her...He constantly compares his own appearance with others. He have no trust in the girl he claims to love. :)
insecurities why this thing s arise after involve in a relationship?why he/she didn't think about it in first place?
Moreover, when his friends queries him whether he loves someone or not he just denies n encourages others to propose the girl he love... :)
This is sound absurd to you it's not an act of loser, it's about a person who is not able to carry forward it or he don't want to share this relationship info with anybody may be promise to someone?I don't know.if you have answer share it.
