Yes I am.
I sometimes work at 7am-11am and have to wake up at 5am to get ready. Work is walking distance. Usually I don’t get enough sleep. After work those days I come home and take a nap. Besides getting more sleep what can I do to help me wake up in the morning if I did not get enough sleep and am tired?
Besides caffeine or coffee I’m not really sure.
I would suggest maybe taking energy vitamins or even eating a very high energy breakfast and maybe even a 10 minute jog to wake up u can also go take a cold shower or go outside if it’s cold and that’ll help
