Spending - When I shop, I take only cash so I can't overspend.
Drinking - I know my personal limit is 2 drinks. Anything over that, and it's not safe.
Sweets - Don't buy it to begin with. It's a matter of saying "no" only once at the grocery store. Versus saying "no" to yourself over and over again at home if it's bought.
Controlling emotion - Walk away and distance myself until I can think more clearly.
We all say dumb things. Think of the dumbest thing you’ve ever said, and 100% someone somewhere has out-dumbed you 😆 This is how I comfort myself anyway
Don’t expect people to tiptoe around your rage. It’s a problem for the person experiencing out of control emotions; they have to learn to manage themselves. Whether that be isolating themselves for awhile, therapy, exercise, meditation. No one should have to manage your anger except you.

I had yogurt with fresh blueberries but I think it’s ok not to eat breakfast. As long as you are hydrated in the morning.
Primitive humans didn’t eat 3 meals a day; they ate when they hunted or gathered something. Some days they didn’t eat at all, other days they feasted on a big kill. The concept of eating 3 meals a day is more of a modern consumerism idea than a health goal.
I used SPF 50 at the beach last weekend! I burn so easily
I stayed up way too late last night finishing the show “Beef” on Netflix
It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a show this good; it has maybe 10 episodes or so.
It stars Steven Yeun (Glen from The Walking Dead) and Ali Wong as two drivers who get in a road rage altercation and how they keep ramping it up with each other’s lives and it has a domino effect. It was so good; I highly recommend 😊
Hot coffee in the mornings and iced in the afternoon
I’m more of an indoor girl lol
I have a self inflatable air mattress that is quite comfortable. And they’re relatively cheap.
I’m sure your knees are adorable
