Pernah jadi kat aku juga dulu. So masa tu aku banyakkan minum air masak , at least 1.5liter sehari. Elakkan makanan bergoreng. Minum air honey lemon suam, cakap bila perlu, boleh makan gula² ubat batuk, for me jenama woodz honey lemon.
