may allowance for buying furniture on a period designated by the company. similar to sa clothing allowance ng mga gov't employees. instead na ibigay ang furniture mismo, may equivalent na pera nang ibibigay ang company na magagamit ng employees to buy furniture for their homes.

I pay $13 for my domain name yearly. I registered at namecheap.com. Idk about the hosting with wordpress.com. Pero if you want to use a self-hosted blog, meaning, you will host your blog on the likes of ipage, hostgator, etc., and use wordpress as blogging tool, may monthly charge na un by the hosting provider.
