Well, this could be due to a lot of factors; such as lack of validation and recognition from the outside, isolation and loneliness, comparison to others, past painful experiences and trauma, or mental health issues.
For me, when I feel this way, I seek support from friends, family, or even professionals, and I only suggest you do the same 🤍.
