Who will be chosen to represent nyjc to pay their respects to Mr LKY? :)

Hi! The suddenness and urgency of the matter necessitates a quick reaction by the college. Therefore, the student councillors and a few CLEXco members will be representing NYJC to pay respects to Mr Lee.
It is heart-warming to know that many NYJCians want to pay respects to Mr Lee. We can also do so in our own capacity at the Community Tribute Sites and the Parliament House. The Student Council has also set up a station at the Atrium for NYJCians to pen their tributes and condolence messages in memory of Mr Lee. :)

Hi, there's no official bike parking facilities but it is alright to park your bike at the fence behind the old guard post!

the school should put H1 and chinese lessons at the end of the day so that ppl who dont take these subjects can go home earlier

Hi, as much as possible the college will like to let everyone end their curriculum timetable as early as possible so that students can have their time to study, however we have to understand that there must be a compromise among students who take different subject combinations. It will not be fair for a certain group of students to have early end time while another group have late end time. We hope you will understand. Thank you.

Can we have a condolence book for NYJCians to pen our condolences in remembrance of our founding father, Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew?

Hello, thank you for your suggestion, the school has arranged for students of Nanyang Junior College to write their condolences in remembrance of our founding father, Prime Minister Mr Lee Kuan Yew which will be consolidated afterwards. More details will be announced tomorrow to both J1s and J2s. Thank you.

Hi, why didn't the principal address questions from feedbox and askfm during J2 Dialogue session?

Hi! The questions asked on askfm and feedbox have been relayed to the NYJC College Steering Committee prior to the J2 Principal's Dialogue Session and in fact these questions were originally planned to be addressed during the session. However, priority has to be given to the questions asked from the floor and due to time constraint, we were not able to discuss these collated questions during the session! But not to worry, we will be providing the official reply to these questions on askfm by next week. Thank you! :)

3.1 A student is dismissed from college at the end of the last lesson for each day as stipulated in the timetable for his/her chosen course of study or by 1230 hours, whichever is later. :)
