Do you think a person is able to take a peek into their own subconscious? Or are we only able to "uncover" our subconscious with the help of another person (say, a therapist)? Why?

I'm truly convinced that we can. If we don't know our selves who would? It's not required to go to a specialist that would tell us we are in this or that way because we blablablabla.
I think most of the times the problems lie in the fact we hide our emotions and our feelings from ourselves, our lack of acceptance is our hindrance to begin to know more about us.
That's why with meditation (it's not necessary to practice it in a spiritual way) we can start to go in depth our reasons.
Why act we in this way? Why are we jealous?
Understand our reasons is understand ourselves.

What advice would you give to your younger self?

Spend more time with your family, they won't be there forever, they would sadly disappear faster than you think.
Maybe for you to visit your grandparents is a kind of "obligation" but such a simple action makes the day for them.
Don't be afraid of trying new things, of go out from your confort zone, you're losing opportunities and later you would regret.
And live, your worries are not such a big deal, believe me, now I don't even remember what were they like.

If you use Facebook or other social media, what do you do when you see a friend or family member post something that you know isn't true-- political propaganda or hoaxes, for example? Do you correct them or just let it be?

I simply act like it has never exist.
I think it's absurd to get bothered by those kind of things, I mean, is not my problem you have to invent situations in your life to feel fulfilled.
It's a pitty that you need to live a lie, but if it's your desire it would be mine too.
So I justo let it be.

Have you always been such a positive person? If not, how did you learn to see the positive side of every problem?

Hi, thank you for your questions.
Actually I have never been a very positive person, in fact I was the opposite. All in my life was a problem, I was never happy, always searching for more perfection, looking for mistakes in every field of my life...
Until some day you realize that your life is going on, passing fastly and you have wasted maybe 18 years complaining about your job.
On that moment you know you have two options, or keep doing the same with the same result or change your attitude and maybe achieve a different result.
I think we all have been in a point of inflection like that so it's up to you to become a more positive person, or more patient...You will always have opportunities to improve yourself, the tip is to be ware that you are harassing you and nothing to lose.
I’m not a very religious person, but buddhism was for me a great help to become more what I’m now.
Why should I be angry if the supermarket queue is too long ? I mean, I have to wait I like it or not, so instead of waste my time grumbling about that I can try to enjoy it and have a conversation with someone otherwise I would have never known.
If we look at all that surround us in that way, our daily life becomes more exciting, more worth it.
Thank you for your compliment about my english, I’m learning it since years, but this one I’m really trying to improve it, that’s why I try t read more, listen to the radio, answer in this social network… Hard work that I really enjoy¡

Okay people. In Florida , due to the hurricane, some hotels are raising their rates 5 times above average, gas is $9.99 at some stations, and a case of $4 drinking water is raised to $30 in some places. What are your thoughts on this?

I think it's a deplorable attitude that shows what're the values of humankind.
I understand that you want to take advantage of something, if maybe you are selling the last chocolate bars (an unnecessary product) I think it would be okey that you sell it for $10
Why not, you can make some money with the whim someone had, but with the increasing of the neccessary products you're not being fair.
The're people sure can't afford that prices, you're depriving their to own basic products.
That situation makes the world look like the jungle, only the strongest survive (in this case the people with the "strongest" economy)
In my opinion in that situation of lack we have to share and try to be equals, we all deserve at least to life in well conditions.

If you became a ghost after you died, how would you spend your free time in the afterlife?

Supposing I have free time (I think ghosts are overworked death) I would spend it in learning those things we can't in life.
I would like to have access to, for example, NASA's secret files, or other thinks like that without putting muy life in risk.
I would also search for some ex united states presidents and try to discover what does governments hide from us (if those presidents are in Heaven, of course, a fact that I doubt)

What is the most embarrassing moment of your life?

I remember I was on tv, not me directly, I wasn't the famous there but I was helping that all was well-developed and while I was behind the talked about person, that mean I was also on tv I had to run to take something important.
Well, in that moment I strumbled into a wall that was next to me... I remember that for a moment all stopped and I was there, on the ground feeling the most stupid person of the world.
I woke up as quick as I could, I felt so, so, so embarrased...

What would solve most of your problems? (Assuming you have some problems).

The first thought that crossed my mind was money, of course, but then I began to think about my problems, what are my problems?
If it's okay I would start this answer with my conclusion, I don't have problems, really, I have food, water, a family that it's always there for me, a house... All the things you need to live a happy life, well, a happy life most of the time, the remaining time maybe it's not happy because you have worries, maybe you have hard exams next week, o maybe you failed the one of this week, o you had a big argument with your mate... Anyway, those things seem to be problems but in real they aren't, for me they're simply situations you didn't expect to happen, or that seems complicated, or disgusting, but in my opinion that description of the situation, happy or not happy, advantage or problem totally depend on the perspective you want to use to look at it.
You have to look at your failed exams as an opportunity to improve your knowledge, the argument with your mate as an opportunity to realize that maybe you're better far away from each other...
In my opinion a positive mind and courage to see your problems as challengers and opportunities is all that you need to resolve all your "problems"

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Well, when I have spare time I usually try to invest it in destressing activities, I spend most of the day sitting and that's why I rather go outside and play some sport than read.
I think nowadays we spend much time in sedentary activities and we are used to move the less the better, our work and our scholar life generally keep us with our butts glued on our chairs so it's important we disconnect from that and we enjoy other facets of life.
Even though I normally practice boxing, tennis or jogging in my spare time I also enjoy a good book or a good TED radio hour, so when I don't have so much time in my day, maybe 10-20 minutes I prefer to do those relaxing activities and wait until I can allocate the time I need to get really tired, I love to kill myself doing sport.
It's an honour to receive your question and I hope I could make me understood, if I made some mistakes it would be nice you tell me about, I'm not an english speaker.
