Sure. It's solid. You legally cannot perform the style or teach it without their permission. It's up to them to enforce it on whoever they choose.

Just wondering, is the suit only against you guys for 5a? I see other companies using the 5a system. There is YYJ who uses the Takeshi Counterweight, but why did they single you guys out essentially?
Dunno. Scared? We are the only brand who to our knowledge who has been legally 'warned'. We respect their property and are steering clear.
Might I suggest a slight concave shape in the cap of the dream titanium yoyo if possible
To achieve this would add massive amounts of center weight or the use of a stupidly short axle. We didn't want either.
