I save myself from my inherited chronic depression and insomnia by forcing myself back to sleep everyday when I wake up at 4 or 5 am for no freaking reason and toss around having the sickest, worst possible thoughts, telling myself to think of something good, happy thoughts, HAPPY THOUGHTS.
