My friend showed me the new version of ask.fm app for android. It's awesome, but I can't upload my app. What can I do to get the new version? Now I'm using the 3.0

You don't need to do anything! Once the update is available for your area, then you should be able to download the new version (yes, with color customization!). Today we started slowly rolling out the update to some users, and expect it to be available for all users by next week.

We're afraid there's no way to delete all the answers on your profile at once. It will have to be done individually... sorry about that!

In your account settings! Starting today, iOS users can change the color of their profile with our new update. Other cool stuff: delete answer notifications, tab navigation, and a filter for your feed!

okay so whenever i try to ask many people the same question, i go onto one of the persons account and try to get to the page where i can select multiple people but it never comes up? help

For desktop/mobile web app: If you want to ask a question to multiple people, you'll have to start on your homepage, not go to another person's profile. So in the question box on your homepage, just type out the question and then click on Ask. You'll be able to select your friends on the following page.

For iOS/Android: Just click on the Owlcat icon and you'll be taken to your list of friends. Select the friends you want to ask, and then continue.

You can't... for free or for money! Anonymous remains anonymous, regardless of what other apps *claim* they can do. They're just out to get your account info and money... don't fall for it!

So keep trying to answer a question with a gif but I won't let me and it's really bothering me. If i can't find out why and I can't fix it I might delete the app and rate it low but I really do like this app... HELP!
