I wake up at 6:00 no matter what day of the week. I work a lot so my internal clock wakes me up 😂

im not sleeping on weekdays, like I come back at 2 am and fall asleep at 4 and can't sleep, insomnia panic cold anxiety issues

Weekdays typically 7:50-8am for work and weekend maybe like 9-10am depends

Depends what I work. Sometimes I work early morning shifts sometimes I don't.

The ideal time, would be around 9 or 9:30 on weekdays and weekends.
