How do you handle yourself in tough situations ?

You need to train your brain that there is nothing like tough situations. It's just a time that'll eventually pass no matter who shitty you feel right now. Things are going to be tough but they'll eventually be okay and you've to wait for those happy days. It's totally up to you how you feel, you have 2 options. 1. To keep on thinking about what's actually happening and keep feeling bad
Or
2. Think and do the things that make you happy and forget your bad times. Idk how much this helped but I hope It did :)
