No, I don't because empathy can be facilitated, interrupted and blocked, but it cannot be forced to occur... so I think it can't be taught, it is just a natural trait..
Money or love?
True love is a very rare thing in this life, Money is also very important but I can get it anytime with my mind and hard work, This will probably not be easily achieved but there are still many ways.. On the other hand true love may come once in life and may never come and sometimes no matter how much effort has been made you may not get it and you cannot buy it with money... so for me I will choose love..

When you love someone truly, you feel satisfied loving them even if they don't love you back... even if they can never be part of your life beyond expectations.. true love exists and it doesn't fade with time as rumored.. an example about this is the mother's love, she will always love you what ever will happen...
