I don't think people realize how much strength it takes to pull your own self out of a dark place mentally. So if you've done that today or any day, I am so proud of you.
I cant pull myself out I've tryed and everytime I grab a ledge I fall 20 more feet down into the Abyss.

😞am I wrong for feeling sad hurt and upset? been in USA for few years, had my son in 2019 still haven't been home to Canada due to covid. I left my country fam friends ect just to be with my partner..every holiday I feel down and homesick and he knows this but is almost never emotionally supportive
