Personally, I find documentaries about drugs interesting. I recommend watching World's Scariest Drug & King of Cannabis. That is if you're into that kind of things ahaha
'Abs are made in the gym but shown in the kitchen.' Which means that work out as hard as you want but if you still eat bad, there's a chance you aren't seeing any great results! To get abs, you need to be committed in every way possible. You need to fix your eating and diet and add a lot of protein to your diet and work out very frequently. Good luck!
