Yeah, the kind of relationship you have with your kids is basically a reflection of how you are as a parent to them. Kung malayo man ang loob nila sa'yo, then you need to see kung saan ka man nagkulang at kung ano ang 'di mo nagawa bilang magulang.

ang magulang worried lang yan if may physical na sakit ka like lagnat, ubo, sipon malas nyo lang kung mahirap kayo kasi sisisihin kayo dahil di nag iingat tapos wala sila pang ospital or gamot. pag mental health naman like depression wala sila paki at kaartehan lang yan sa parents

Totoo naman talaga na minsan nasasabi ng mga magulang natin na kaya tayo nagkakasakit kasi 'di tayo nag-iingat. Let's not be too quick to judge them, though, for mostly, they don't mean anything by that naman. Kadalasan nasasabi lang nila 'yan kasi they're worried about us and they feel helpless and frustrated about our situation. Saka pag matitino talaga silang mga magulang at pagmahal ka nila talaga, they would quickly feel guilty and regret saying that to you.
Pagdating naman sa mental health, a lot of older parents don't have a clue about this subject. Kung meron man, very limited naman ang knowledge nila dito kasi the world is only starting to learn and understand it. Siguro, if they have a better understanding of mental health, they wouldn't so easily dismiss it at mas mauunawaan nila ang mga anak nila.
