anyway, i think it's most likely to be kloe who proposes tbh. i honestly think deep down lechter would never imagine kloe would want to stick with him for too long or at all.
i always figured he's always been prepared to be away from her or for her to give up on him? i have more reasoning for lechter to think that way but it'll enter spoiler territory so i'll just leave it here.
besides, i think seeing kloe confess her love to joshua clearly shows she's doesn't beat around the bush and is fully aware of her emotions to do something about it. she's definitely gonna be the one to propose but how it's gonna happen is probably more subtle bc grand romantic proposals just doesn't seem like their style.
personally i can imagine them having some alone time at the castle balcony or maybe a rooftop bc they're playing hooky and in the middle of their talk kloe tells lechter it would be nice if they could always be together like that

What's the craziest haunted house you've ever been in
there was this abandoned mansion me and my family friends went to and it wasn't that scary but it was fun bc it's almost like all my cousins and family friends were lined up behind me bc they were so terrified. just to break us up the guy with the zombie costume straight up chased us to the exit and i was laughing the entire time lmao
