Alhamdulillah never got to see it
In case of anxiety: My body starts to feel so warm like I have a fever & like my head is on fire but my hands & feet become cold af. My voice starts to shake, I start stuttering.
In the case of Depression: I just try to stay alone as much as possible & that's all, I keep analysing everything & eventually I'm like fuck it, 4 din ki zindage hai, waisy bhe mar he jana hai tou it's okay, let's move forward. Jo hai, acha hai.
