Not all the time (since i know it's not good to take too much all the time) but before i do exercise or play Xbox games (yeah it helps me play games well, or sometimes makes me do stupid things in the game too o_O) i like lots of energy drinks... but the drink called "V" is one of my favourites :D they come in bottles and in small cans (like in the pic)
