well i'm interning at this interior design firm in los angeles and i think age limits depend on the internship but the one that i'm doing is like for high school/college students

well for my internship i just go to work and help out around the office with whatever task that needs to be completed and it really depends on what's going on at the time i guess ahaha. if you want an internship then go for itt

what do you search on taobao when you search for clothes?

google translate is my best friend!! if i'm looking for something specific i search it up in chinese or sometimes i search up brands or if i see something cheap and nice i'll check out the store

where do you want to go for college? :)

okay i have a very unconventional view regarding college because i honestly feel like where people end up going isn't as big of a deal as many people make it out to be. people always hype up big name ivy league schools as the "best" college to go to, but i think that the best college for anyone is the one that suits them the most. of course there are going to be people who fit in at all these prestigious universities but it's not for everyone and there is more to higher education than just the name of a school!!! anyways i could go on about this forever but point is that i don't have a particular school in mind but i'd love to go to a decently sized school in a big city

i honestly can't even single one out, freshman year was so crazy but i think sitting on taxis / finding horse sculptures in random chinese parks / the incident with rebecca's dog are probably some of the best

i'm doing so much i'm so excited! first i'm going to london and then afterwards i'm going to camp at ucla / doing an internship and then afterwards i'm going to spend a week in hong kong before school starts up again ((: also it's the first time where i'm in shanghai for a week before school starts so i can chill

ahaha aw this is so cute! personally i really love songza.com because it's super cool, you can choose what time of day / genre / activity you're doing and they'll give you suggested playlists and it's awesome but other than that youtube has some good stuff as well

what's your favorite letter of the alphabet

i think the letter x because it is really nice and symmetrical looking also it stands for lots of things like multiplication or kisses or a variable or even that stupid cross product thing in precalc like whoa but it's only just a letter?? also x is not commonly used and i dont know its cool

what's your beep test score? i want to make cross country next year and i don't know how i will compare to you...?

since the way our high school does the beep test is really weird i haven't actually gone all out on the beep test anytime recent but i know the best that i've ran was like 11.5 but that was 8th grade so idk what i would run now?? honestly though cross country is all mental strength and training and anyone can be really really good if they just put in effort and have the willpower to run up to 5k a day. i really encourage you to do cross country next year though!

how was your day today?? what did you do?

aH today i was sO STRESSED and nervOUS for the track meet because it was the determining factor for apac and i had been freaking out about it and going through every scenario ever in my head and then i was really down and also maybe accidentally rude to people (sorry everyone) but I DID IT i am so happy yeah thats how my day went!!!!!!!

what classes are you taking? could you be specific? like if you're taking ib, then which sl and hl and stuff.

how did you get your summer internship?

well this year i went through this application process thing where i submitted my resume with my previous experience and skills and all that and then i selected fields that i was interested in and then these people called me up for a phone interview so i answered a few questions and talked a little bit more about what i was interested in and then i finally got my internship placement which is pretty cool! last year i also did an internship but i just interned with mrs. cherry, so i kind of sent her my resume and stuff and then i went to work and stuff! it was fun, everyone thought i was like 22
