I really don't want the smear test done I'm not sexually active and mum booked me in to have it done and I really don't want it done 😭

I assume you are over the age of eighteen as it’s a smear test so it is not her decision, it’s yours. If it is an embarrassment thing then I would try and push through it and get the test because it could save your life. Even if you’re not sexually active it could pick up on any abnormalities. Nurses do not care what it looks like, they are too busy trying to get what is needed and besides, they see bodies all day every day. Maybe you could talk any concerns you have about the test with a nurse first? If it’s still not something you feel you can do right now, it is your decision. I’m not getting mine done yet for other reasons but it would be so much easier if they found a way for us to do the test ourselves or have boyfriend or trusted friends do it for us 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm neither a woman or a medical professional, so this isn't really something I can give advice about, but at the end of the day no one can force you to have it (or any other kind of medical tests or procedures) done. It is however done for an important reason, and I suggest you talk to your GP (or nurse?) if you need reassurance.
It doesn't hurt, just a slight uncomfortable feeling but worth it, it's only once every 3 years and so much better than having cancer. Take your mum with you for support ♥ you've got this lovely be brave and keep your head high
It doesn't matter whether you're active or not it's to make sure you don't end up with C*ncer down the line.
I'm sure you'd rather know your results came back clear than to suffer all because you didn't want to get tested!
If you're worried ask if you could bring a friend or someone you trust to keep you company but it doesn't take long, I wouldn't even say the appointment takes 5 minutes. I do think you should go it's better to know you don't have any health issues sooner rather than later. 🌸
